Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Fulfillment & Delivery
Many of our orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network, which means fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery — typically 2–5 business days. Orders shipped directly by us go out via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States. If you have a question about delivery to your area, reach out before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking, sent to your email as soon as your package is on the way.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak season). If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us and we’ll track it down.
